Both variants are prepared by using common ingredients like maida flour, cornflour, cauliflower, spring onion, soy sauce, capsicum, chilli sauce,  garlic, etc, and have a typical garnish of spring onion. How to Make Gobi Manchurian restaurants style at home:

Make crispy, delicious, super flavorful gobi Manchurian at home with this easy recipe. Vegetable Manchurian tastes delicious with Hakka noodles, fried rice, or plain steamed rice.

Ingredients:

S.No Ingredients ( 2 Servings )
1 Fried Cauliflower ( Gobi):
  • 15 cauliflower(Gobi) florets
  • 5 tablespoons simple flour
  •  3 tbsp cornflour
  • ⅓ cup water
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • Salt(according to taste)
  • oil for deep frying
2 Manchurian Gravy:
  • 1 chopped onion and medium capsicum
  • 3-4 cloves chopped garlic and ginger
  • 2 tablespoon chopped coriander leaves and spring onion
  • ¼ cup cornflour
  • 1 fresh chopped green chili
  • 1 tablespoon soya sauce & tomato ketchup
  • 2 tablespoon oil
  • Water

Fried Cauliflower ( Gobi)

  • Take a bowl and add Gobi( cauliflower), cornfloor, simple floor.Then add black pepper, salt as per taste, and 1/3 cup water. mix all ingredients properly
  • Heat oil and fry this coated gobi in medium flame until golden brown and crispy.

Gobi Manchurian Gravy

  • Heat oil in wok sauté ginger and garlic for a minute and then add onion, green chili, capsicum and again sauté for a minute.
  • Now add cornflour, water, tomato ketchup, soya sauce, spring onion and cook until semi-thick sauce
  • Then add  fried Gobi in it and mix it and serve hot

 

Tips:

  • When ready to serve, mix the florets in the sauce, otherwise, they will become soft or
  • Make sure the consistency of the batter is neither too thick nor not too runny while making crispy Gobi Manchurian
