  • 1-½ cup besan
  • 1 cup sugar
  • ½ cup ghee(clarified butter)
  • 2 cup milk
  • 2 tbsp chopped cashew (Kaju)
  • ¼ tsp cardamom powder
  • 2 tbsp almond

  1. Warm the ½ cup ghee in a frying pan over low heat.
  2. Now add 1-½ cup besan.
